Carolina and Juan, are very well versed in real estate investing. After doing the purchase of the home we quickly worked on finding a few rental properties to start my portfolio. They worked with me on securing the properties and then on securing the tenants for those properties.

It was great working with Juan and Carolina as they helped me to sell my home effectively quickly and smoothly. They helped me understanding the market in order to fix the right pricing, were very diligent doing open houses and worked hard to sell the house, and providing the right support until the closing.
