I’d like to take a moment to recognize Chris Joy with C.L. Burks. Chris is very responsive, places us a priority and is very thorough with his inspections. Our community is 32 years old with 434 units, so we do run into leaks frequently. It is amazing to have a partner like Chris to support us. C.L. Burk’s quality and execution with repairs is the BEST we have had and we have had four different roofers in the past four years.
