I had a great experience. Was provided with many helpful suggestions about laws, firearms amongst other things. Time went too fast, was having way too much fun. Both instructors were helpful and answered every questions asked and interacted with the class.

I am a person with a disability. I use a power wheelchair to assist with my mobility. I am also an individual that believes in the right to bare arms. I have had an interest in obtaining my concealed weapon permit for quite some time now. .However, I have always been apprehensive to pursue my license and own a firearm due to my physical challenges. After a lot of contemplation and research, I finally decided to take the plunge and attempt to reach my goal. Via the Internet, I found The Broward Shooters Club, which is located inside the Ayala Mixed Martial Arts Studio. When I first had my wife call to find out all of the preliminary information for me, the staff was very willing to accomodate me in any way possible. The building is completely wheelchair accessible. The name of the instructor is Jorge Ayala. I have a stutter as part of my disability. Therefore, I was very nervous about speaking while I was in the class. Jorge made me feel very much at ease. He reinforced to me the fact that I had the right to be there, just as much as everyone else did. He is a very nice guy. Jorge is also extremely knowledgeable about gun safety and the laws surrounding the right to carry a firearm. By taking his course, I gained a lot of knowledge while being in a relaxed and pleasent environment. Personally, I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that has a disability, who wants to acquire their concealed weapon permit. The class is definitely worth your time and you will not come out of there being disappointed.

Very detailed course , I recommend any first timer considering taking a CWP class go to Jorge he made the class fun and at the same time teaching what needs to be known. He was willing to stop and make sure everyone understood and left no question unanswered. I will be following up soon for the defense class.
