Brazilian Voices is segmented into four structured departments: Arts and Healing, Concerts and Performances, Culture and Education and Customized Performances. The organization is formed by members who dedicate hours of volunteer work to meet, exchange ideas, and develop artistic programs.

Each member brings a professional background, and experience in different fields. Brazilian Voices meets for rehearsals, music appreciation lessons, planning, and research of cultural, artistic, and educational projects.
