Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Wait forever to make a company deposit almost every visit.
One teller and 7 people in line today with the only customer being waited on the taking 15 minutes so far and she is still at it.

4 pm and close?

Bank of America is the worst. I went today to get a document notarized. I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone about it, only to be told they couldn’t just notarize the last page of my document, that they needed to have a printed version of the entire document. Seeing the document on my phone was not sufficient. And they couldn’t print it for me off my phone. So much for customer service. They are great at charging me exuberant fees for all their services but can’t do a basic service like print a document or notarize for that matter. If considering them for your personal or business accounts, do yourself a favor and find someone else!

This place operates like Venezuela. If you want to bank with a civilized and efficient operation, go to the Wells Fargo next door. Minimal staff, minimal private bankers on staff, and a large waiting area for parties and social gatherings. This bank should just rent out their space for fiestas and shut down the banking component.

Not a big fan of BOFA…trieentomopen an account with once and the clerk was not very open…ended up leaving…then came back once to cash and deposit checks from this back but they told.me I had to be a client here…? Personally if I can I will avoid BOFA
