Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice. We were very impressed with the inspector as he did find some minor damage which we would have never noticed in the first place. Unfortunately the seller was not do able to do any of the repairs due to financial hardships. The inspection report was detailed, included photos and estimates for repairs. Because of alliance home inspections we were able to move forward with our transaction and clearly had no surprises since Stephan and his team were completely transparent throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend Doing business with them.
