Great experienced as a new patient. Everyone was really helpful and showed genuine care.

when I first walked in was ok. when I left and the doctor prescribed a medicine and I couldn’t afford the medicine. I call on a Monday morning to speak to the nurse regarding the medicine and no one answer the phones for 3 days. and I got a return call on the third day. ridiculous

I’m surprised at the amount of positive reviews. I’ve been twice: Dr.Lustig was patient, professional and attentive. Impressed with her and Svetlana the aesthetician. I’d give the front staff a 2/5. Somewhat unprofessional and generally not helpful. My first visit I bought a facial cleanser- I asked about samples for another product (of a product line they carry) the response was “We don’t have them”- totally fine, I asked a clarifying question about the sign that said “return product in 14 days for refund” and the woman literally said “No, we don’t return products.” My second visit, Sebastian was helpful, polite, and really tried to assist but just couldn’t. The product that I wanted to buy didn’t have “a code” so he had no idea how much it cost and couldn’t sell it to me. I suggested he call another office and perhaps find the price ..which he did, but was unable to do so. Long story short, I asked him about the return policy and he affirmed that yes, the sign POSTED about returning products is accurate, and that they do carry the samples I was asking for previously (but he couldn’t find them then ?- he really did try looking). I left asking if he could call me when he found the price and I’d have to make another visit…no call a week later. Honestly, I’m considering finding a new derm just for the office staff. Im not sure if it’s a training issue, or customer service issue but something’s missing.

my husband called at least 3 times to ask if they do allergy tests at the office and they claimed that they do, BUT when he actually went in they told him that they dont do tests there and said they could give him a referral for it BUT couldnt come up with one?????? and ended up charging him $110 for the doctor visit. SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!!

The esthetician, Svetlana, was very attentive and made me feel good about trying a new treatment. Dr. Kraus did a wonderful job at explaining what I should and shouldn’t do in regards to dealing with my acne. Both ladies were very personable and really achieved in making me feel as comfortable as possible.
