I absolutely love ATI. I am enrolled in the CBHT course and I can say the material is up to date with the latest information on substance abuse. . find it easy to read and understand. The best is customer service. I highly recommend it. I will be taking another course once this is completed. I love the way they respond immediately to my concerns or questions if I don’t understand something. Call Lulu, she’s amazing. They are kind compassionate towards their clients need. 5 star all the way!

I purchased an online course in March 2019 from this company, for $497. This course was a Peer Support Specialist certification, which required a 500h internship, in order to become certified. I currently live in Texas, and am planning to relocate to California in the summer of 2020. Prior to purchasing the course, I e-mailed back and forth with the staff, asking questions about the certification, and was told that the state of California offered reciprocity for this certification, even if it was obtained in Texas, which is what I was of course hoping. I then started taking the online course, and at the same time, I started contacting rehabilitation facilities,to try to find an internship,I also made phone calls to CCAAP in California many times,to verify that the information given to me by the Addictions Training Institute about the reciprocity was accurate, and I was then told that they did not offer reciprocity for this certification, which meant I had been misled by the Addictions Training Institute staff. I continued studying the online course for the next 4 months, while still attempting to find an internship, without success. So given the tough circumstances,in July 2019, I contacted the Addictions Training Institute staff once again, asking for a full refund,as I realized I was wasting my time, and my money. It was declined. So I decided to persevere and continue looking for an internship, moving forward with the online course as well,I made hundreds of phone calls and spent countless hours trying to make this work, but have now come to the realization that I cannot do anything with this course, especially if I cannot find an internship. I also spent the last 7 months looking at Peer Support Specialist job openings in Texas and also California, and have not seen any. As I am now convinced that I will not benefit form doing this course, after months of perseverance,I deem that the right thing to do,is for the Addictions Training Institute to show understanding and fairness, and issue a full refund for this course.
Sadly ATI is refusing to issue a refund !

I am currently a student and I am not happy with the school or new system they have adopted called Moodle because it is not user friendly. To make matters worse it was changed abruptly.
