The classes in this gym has greatly improved my endurance and overall strength and health

Very fun, but not the greatest workout. The instructor are helpful but the “classes” are only 30 minutes long. I love that you can go in whenever you want though. Fun place.

A perfect place to have your body fitness exercise done. Cool vibe and everyone there is actually serious about working out. The trainers are have enough knowledge and do a lot of motivation to the trainees!

The workouts are a lot of fun, you never get bored. Everybody is super nice and they are always encouraging you throughout your workout which is awesome and it keeps you motivated…. LOVE IT!
