From the pre-approval all the way to the closing, my first home buying process was a great experience. Ximena was very friendly, helpful and professional. I have no complaints whatsoever. She informed of all the important information I needed to be aware off and would answer any questions or concerns I had. Definitely recommend her to anybody seeking a mortgage broker.
