You are the BEST and most caring real estate broker in the state of Florida. You managed the clean up and repairs required in the condo. You listed the property at the highest possible value. And then somehow, on the first day, you had the condo sold at the listing price. You found a lawyer to handle the transaction and when the appraisal came in below the selling price, you negotiated a fair adjustment. All of that is at the peak of expectations that a seller could have. Yet, in addition, you manage to provide the time to have my mother’s bedspread laundered and deliver it to her.
