One of the worst companies to work with, ZERO friendly they just don’t care about the owners/tenants.

Awesome place, bad property manager tho ☹️

I’ve always been treated with respect and professional when needing anything here. Until today when I had the ungrateful pleasure of meeting someone, might I add who was hesitant on providing me with her name, by the name of Lauren Van de Grift.

After a six week trip around the country I decided to make sure the parking lot was accessible where I store my travel trailer. I came to the storage unit to make sure all was well since they were laying down new blacktop. Upon approaching the gate and using my key card the gate did not open. I was forced to spin around my large diesel truck making a three point turn to turn around and attempt the gate again. I then pulled my vehicle off to The side so I can walk to the office to see why the gate will not open. That is when I was approached by the property manager Lauren as name above. She did not introduce her self she was hesitant on providing her name she simply asked who I am and what it was that I was doing there. I told her who I was and what my purpose of being in her parking lot was and then asked her for her name and what is it that she was doing there. She then told me that my truck was too loud and I was on the new blacktop they just finished. I clearly showed her that I was not on the new blacktop and in fact in front of the barricades. She shook her head and mumbled and then told me I needed to leave. It was at this point I had realized that I was dealing with an unprofessional ignorant irritable old woman. Hence this post be warrant this is an awesome place to keep your storage the offices look very clean and well-maintained however they clearly have the wrong leader in this leadership position representing their company.

I asked the woman for an apology inside the office that the way she treated me was completely Unacceptable and unprofessional she chuckled and told me to have a nice day as she walked away I told her this was her last chance before I wrote a review online to warn people about how she treats others based on opinions and how she represent such a large organization.
