Muy mala experiencia en la optica, lamento mucho el trato tan poco profesional por su gerente, después de haber tardado más de 1 mes para entregar los lentes de mi hijo y yo regresar por no estar conforme con el trabajo, fui tratada por ella de una manera irrespetuosa y muy poco amable , de ninguna manera para solucionar y que yo como cliente quedara contenta. Gracias a Sarah una empleada muy profesional y amable de quien recibi disculpas por el trato, pude finalmente tener la atención y la explicación que buscaba para solucionar el caso de mi hijo que realmente es de miopía severa y no podía seguir sin sus lentes. Es una lástima porque la Dra. Lage que trabaja ahí mismo y ha sido doctora de mi hijo es para mi la mejor optometrista que ha visto a mi hijo aquí en Florida, con ella lo seguiría viendo siempre pero la óptica jamás la volvería a usar.

The staff at this office is the best. I can’t say enough about them. I had an issue getting my contacts delivered from the manufacturer and they went out of their way to make sure I had contacts the next day. They are always professional, courteous and very helpful. I moved to Miami and I still go to this location because of their wonderful employees!

I used to go to a fancy luxury optometrist & vision specialist in Los Angeles so I really can’t make a fair comparison. Everything in South Florida seems very third world to me.. I’ll try my best to not be judgmental in this review. I guess I’ll keep it simple.

Vision Unlimited (Weston) has wonderful associates working in this location. I was expecting a female doctor, but instead, a male doctor (forgot his name) was handling her patients that morning. He took good care of me so there isn’t any complaint. The exam was pretty thorough and I strongly felt that the prescription was on point. When it came to frame selection, I really felt they lacked in this department – very limited options to choose from and most frames appeared refurbished instead of brand new. It was probably a result of many people trying on and going through the few that were available. Due to these issues, I ended up getting some cheap no name plastic frames from China with basic plastic lens. That’s why I took away 1 star. Regardless, it looks and feels great.

Overall, I think the entire crew was pleasurable to deal with and for that reason, I am recommending this place.
