Waited close to two hours to see doctor, the patients time should be respected. Doctor doesn’t need to smile or be happy all the time, i understand , but he had a very unhappy facial expression the whole visit. Very unpleasant, don’t feel the patient provider relationship.

he indicated different treatments for each ear and it was very precise and effective, no more issues after several months

Doctor seemed preoccupied. He came into the room gave a distant look and excused himself and left. He returned to treat me which was professional. He escorted me to the hallway to wait for an assistant. Then returned a few minutes later and asked me to return to the examining room. There he proceeded to me further questions about my condition. Not quite sure what to make of his behavior.
