I hired The Logo Boutique after a disappointing experience with another design firm, Melissa and crew are exceptional! The experience from the start was everything I had been looking for, the message board they use to communicate makes the process streamlined and easy to provide them with examples of ideas and just general communication about your project.Everything is handled in a professional manner and unlike my experience prior they really do listen and put your input into the concepts, on more than one occasion I was impressed with how accurate Melissa was in taking my input and showing me a concept that closely resembled what I had in mind! Top notch service and I wouldn’t think twice about giving them more work in the future.

I have used them for my logo’s more than a couple of times. They worked for me because I knew what I wanted and gave them examples and specific instructions. They were able to adjust quickly and provided changes usually within 12 hours. They followed up with me with different iterations of the logo and we got to what I wanted fairly quickly. It was easier working with them the second time because I knew what to expect and understood how to use their portal. I chose the premium package and had an excellent experience.
