Dr.Tuchinsky literally helped me reclaim my health and life! For so long I have been struggling with my weight and overall well being. I have known for so long that something wasn’t right, but doctor after doctor always told me the same thing…”Reduce calories and increase exercise“. But I was doing these things and eating clean and still could not lose any weight and it seemed like everything I ate I was sensitive to. My inflammation was so high, I was feeling sick or tired most of the time, my body felt like it was shutting down on me, and I felt like nothing I could do would make a difference.

From the the moment I sat down with Dr. Tuchinsky, I knew he was a no nonsense doctor. Everything I was saying about my health he had heard before and he knew he could help me. His confidence eased my mind completely and I was so optimistic for the first time in a very long time. When we met again to review the bloodwork I was in shock, I knew things weren’t right with me but didn’t know how bad it actually was. I was so scared, but Dr. Tuchinsky eased my mind again and he insisted that If I followed the program everything would be great in no time. His assistant Ashley is amazing as well and helped to explain everything and was available to address any concerns that I had.

Fast forward 2 months later, I am a new person! Down 25 lbs and still losing weight, but more importantly, I feel 20 years younger. I forgot what it felt like to be healthy, TRULY HEALTHY. My hair is growing again, my skin is glowing and clear, my anxiety level is so much better, my inflammation is gone, I have gained more flexibility and strength. But we are not done yet, Dr. Tuchinsky wants to make sure I stay this way and continue on my path to optimal health by providing guidance going forward.
