Best company around! There is no project too small, too large, too unusual, etc. They do it all. They are great with getting the hoa paperwork submitted. They helped me to build a wine tree on my wall, and then a fence around a jacuzzi, and that was after doing our impact hurricane glass, redoing our masterbath room, reflooring our guest house, and one of our bedrooms, adding a closet, and they may soon be painting our house. They are the best around, perfectionists, care deeply about customer satisfaction, etc. and no matter how busy they get as word spreads about Spectrum, I hope that they will always make time for us and our house ideas 🙂

My husband and I enlisted Tim and his team for a few different projects in our home (i.e. kitchen redesign, custom book shelving, and lighting installation), and we are very happy the results. Tim and his brothers, Alan and Mike, are the best contractors I have ever worked with. I hired them four years ago to get my home ready to move in by re-painting all the main interior walls and ceilings, demolishing an outdated entertainment unit and making the wall and floors it had been on look like new, redoing some bathroom floors and installing chandeliers. They were able to do it all in exactly the amount of time they said, not a day more. Tim and his team are perfectionists and make sure they leave your home looking spotless. We were so impressed by them that we hired them four years later again to help us create a beautiful media wall in our living room to make the space usable with a faux chimney and fireplace. Tim helped us perfect the dimensions of the custom floating cabinetry that went on the wall and his team built a solid and beautiful chimney for us. The stonework is gorgeous- everything was done with perfect precision. Our family is in love with our new media wall and I know it will be a space we will treasure spending time in for years to come. Tim said that the project would take two weeks and, as I expected, his team finished in exactly two weeks. They cleaned up after they finished, and left my home looking spotless. I can not speak more highly about Spectrum Design and Construction. If you want integrity, perfection, timeliness, and respectful workers in your home, look no further. I highly recommend Tim and his entire family for any home renovation project you may have! They installed a beautiful new window in my home and from start to finish were courteous, punctual, CLEAN, and so friendly and communicative.
