I work in the plaza and since they came around, I’ve been a frequent customer. Sometimes there’s a small wait… but it’s always worth it. Very clean work area and staff are always friendly! Thank you for the awesome service!

Honestly surprised at how delayed the staff is at this location. Upon arrival no staff were ready at the counter, I could hear them blasting their music and giggling and burping in the back but it took them 5min to just come out and take my order. While taking the order I felt rushed and hit with a sharp attitude. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review and not something I look forward to doing but the level of disregard and carelessness the staff at this location have is astonishing. Its not just me but every other customer here was making faces and looking concerned while waiting for their order. Whoevers in charge of these kids needs to take charge and sharpen them up. Making a smoothie is not that difficult.

The smoothies are tasty, but I had to wait 15 minutes to receive a single smoothie. I was the only customer in the store at the time, and I noticed that one of the employees were messing around. I recall her name being Abby. Another employee making my smoothie, but he had to remake it twice or so because she kept intervening. Safe to say that it was not worth the wait and my time was wasted. I hope that this establishment can better their employees somehow because some definitely need to be more efficient.
