They were always ignoring my emails and I had to maintain the house myself. Now I moved away 3 months ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit (4200$!!) and they’re ignoring me again, not replying emails and not picking up the phone. THIEVES!!! I’m taking them to court

They are now working under the name PHD Property Management LLC
I am so frustrated with them because there seem to always be some kind of issue with my payment so they can charge me late fees.

Be careful and make sure you take before and after photos and have them validated before renting from this company. I hired someone to paint and cleaned the apartment for 3 weeks. The place looked better when I moved out then when I moved in. They never did a real check when I moved in and trusting as I was (and coming from another state where things like this usually does not happen) Claimed that there were nail holes in the walls when there were none, charged hundreds of dollars for light bulb replacements (when all of them were working), painting of baseboards, even though I painted them, charged for cleaning etc. It was too much hassle to hire a lawyer, which is what they banked on.
