This restaurant is my favored. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very friendly and the cooking they serve is so yummy. I never decline to have a good dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

Pictures includes items from my first visit as well as my most recent visit with some close friends. Shimuja Ramen is absolutely amazing. I’ve been a fan of anime and Japanese culture for a long time and this place makes soup that just expel warmth, flavor and comfort. Their portion sizes are big, as I would expect from a ramen spot, their broth is robust and their pork belly is incredible! Fair to say this is a guaranteed stop anytime I’m in the area! Looking forward to the next visit!

Not so hidden gem. Don’t stress that it’s in a shopping center. The ramen is deliciously wonderful. Definitely the best I’ve had in south Florida. Our appetizer was delicious as well, another area that separates this place from the rest is their service. The service here is impeccable very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really felt as if We were long lost family members when I ate here.
Please check them out.

The noodles are to die for. A bit overpriced for noodles at about $20 for the bowl, but I suppose it comes with the territory. The noodles are made freshly in-house, which is probably part of the reason they up-charge a bit. The meat was perfectly tender and the portion is decent. It’s nice to know I have a place like this close to home.
