Grate place to walk and outdoor fun

What a beautiful place. Enjoyed walking around and the simple beauty of the surroundings. Found some needed peace.

It is a beautiful, well maintained park. On one side is sort of a lake (not for use) that has a lovely wooden walkway that goes out on to the lake making for a great photo op. I was there with my dogs for Woofstock. This is an annual event the first Saturday in February for dogs and their families to have a day of fun. There are booths, give aways, contests, and fun activities. It is well worth going to. For the last nine years, It has become a yearly tradition for us. I honestly don’t know if dogs are allowed in the park during other times of the year. I’m sure someone at the City of Sunrise could tell you.

Relaxing and beautiful place!

Beautiful walking trail around large open lake. Two docks on to the lake provide great view of the sunset.
