I have been going to the clinic many years and definitely can say Dr. Romero is very understanding and so is his office staff and willing to accommodate appointments.

I give this place two stars only because how kind and a great person Dr. Romero is. But apart from that, my appointment today was at 8:45am. I got there at 8:20 am because my dad had told me he waited 3 hours last time to be taken care of (before Covid-19), so I wanted to avoid this. I didn’t get taken care of until 10:50am. 2.5 hours waiting!!!! I couldn’t believe it. If it weren’t for having have paid my co-payment first thing when I walked in, I would have walked out. I’m sorry, but this was not ok. I feel bad leaving this review, but it’s now happened to two people in my family. Hope they can get better but don’t think I will be coming back.

Dr Romero is a kind, caring and professional Doctor. Most importantly he doesn’t only bring his professional knowledge to his service taking but he brings and offers his best human being quality when taking care of a patient. I should also reward his staff with this review, they had help me with dedication and true support through my health recovery.

Dr Romero, Ana H, Ana A, Ivanna, Adriana: Thank you for being there every time needed, thank you for making me important, supported, cared and loved. I feel fortunate to have you running my primary care doctors office.
