Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I usually go to Cleveland Clinic, but due to their excellent service the wait (several months) for the dermatologists is long. I had a skin issue that needed more immediate attention so I asked my primary doctor at Cleveland Clinic for a referral and he recommended Dr. Quan Le.

I started seeing Dr. Le a couple of years ago and appreciate the care he and his staff have given me and my family. He is extremely attentive and thorough.

I see there have been a number of complaints about having to wait. Dr. Le’s office is very busy, but well worth the wait. The very best doctors are in high demand and they do their best to see everyone and sometimes there are urgent case that throw the rest of the schedule off. 75% of the time, I wait less than 10 minutes. This is probably a better rate than my other really good doctors. We are always racing, I just add the extra wait time into the mix and enjoy the quiet time.

Waited over an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. They had me undress in the room and left
Me in there for 45 minutes. When I got dressed and walked out the doctor was sipping her coffee.

I paid my Deductible and never received a bill from them, they send my account to a collection agency and ruined my perfect credit of years over a bill that was never submitted to me.

When I called to ask why they did that the billing representative lied to me and then had the nerve to say “I’m not getting anywhere”

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Le since 2002. Ever since the office became Riverchase Dermatology it is not the same and definitely not pleasant. The way the office is run, the ridiculously long wait times, horrible communication with billing.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER RETURN

Dr. Quang Le was the answer to my prayers. My husband had visited several dermatologists who were clueless as to how to treat a rare autoimmune disorder he has. I was on the edge of a meltdown. Dr. Le knew how to treat it right away. He’s soft spoken and has a very nice.bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Dr. Quang Le is very, very knowledgeable in his field. He is very kind and has great bedside manner. When intervention is necessary, he provides me with a set of options and gives me the tools to make a decision on my own behalf, rather than giving me a “one size fits all” treatment. The only reason I don’t give him 5 stars is because he does run very late on occasion, but the quality of his care is worth the wait.
