Melvin Haynes is wonderful. He ensures that his clients are taken care of. Sometimes going to dealerships or mechanics as a woman (at least for me) can be intimidating, however, Melvin makes it an easy process. He’s “big brother”. Very grateful. Rick Case Honda is blessed to have him there. In regards to the dealership, it is clean, organized, and the employees look like they take their job seriously. Dressed to the nines. I was very impressed. The car is driving really well since their work. Definitely would recommend.
