My car was returned with greasy hand prints in the door interior and similar issue on drivers seat.
In addition I requested that two issues be addressed: (1) sensor in the front of car goes off while stopped with no traffic or with a car in front. Not close to the car I front & ( 2) windshield wipers occasionally go one with the sun shining brightly.
The written report said: can not duplicate problem. Probably because the car only had about 1-2 miles in it which probably means it was never driven far enuf

I arrived at the dealership and briefly waited until I was welcomed by a team member. The specialist greeted me very kindly and began assisting me with my service appointment. My vehicle was inspected and swiftly taken to the back for service. The team member advised me of the process as I waited in the lounge area. I was pleased with the service and the expedited time frame. My service advisor was Robert Toppas and I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent customer service with exceptional communication.
