I’m a realtor in the south area and any realtor that’s looking for a reliable and honest title company, I highly recommend Remi Title, I had a deal that needed to close before January 1st, so my clients could qualify for Homestead Exemption next year, so Diana stayed in late to do the closing on December 31st New Years Eve to help my client close the deal. Other title companies would have been close by 5pm or probably would have been closed all together because of the holiday but she went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for her service. Remi Title is my official title company that I recommend for all my clients to use in order to facilitate a smooth transaction.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! CANT POST A COMMENT IF YOU DONT GIVE ALEAST 1 STAR!. THE 1 STAR ISNT DESERVED NOT AN OPTION FOR NEGATIVE STARS!!! This company dated the warranty deed for our property July 14, 2018 and we closed on August 30th, 2018. I informed theM of this at closing and i was told it wasnt a problem… It is clearly a problem with the city of Ft. Lauderdale utilities department. We are forced to pay the utilities from the date of the warranty deed. Which is July 14. This was explained to Diana on Sept 5,2018 and that Water department goes by the warranty deed not the closing statement. Still to this date the deed hasnt been changed and she refuses to do so… IF THEIR IS A PROBLEM DUE TO HER MISTAKE DIANA WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT ISSUE. DIANA WILL SEND YOU A DOCUMENT THAT YOU SIGNED STATING YOU WILL WORK ISSUES OUT WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNER!!!! PAY THIS COMPANY TO DO A JOB AND JUST KNOW YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED…..
