I wish I can give 0 stars. In a matter of hiring this company within 2 week they have placed 50 notices on residents cars (all legally parallel parked in front of their own private homes including the night of Christmas. Called to ask in reference and had a woman deliberately screaming at me for accidentally using the word “love” as an adjective. I’ve never experienced such rudeness from a company in my life. Horrible company out of the 5 security companies my neighborhood has has (lido isles) this is deliberately the worst most unprofessional I’ve come across ever- it almost feels like they take money to harass residents in the neighborhoods . This security company has people in our neighborhood feeing as if they will lose any car in their driveways or even parked along their aprons of their driveways. For future hoa services with security I recomend ANY other company. This company had a borderline threatening tone and I have photos showing all the notice stickers placed on homeowners vehicles outside each home. Horrible company- if I wanted to be harassed by an organized group I’d live in a bad part of a city with gang violence not have association money go into a gang threatening to tow owners cars from their properties. Some in amounts of 2-4 cars per household.

Whether they enforce neighborhood rules- in 15 years living here they genuinely made the neighbors feel harassed and threatened.
