Prana Lab’s owner, Rosie, is the next best thing to Iyengar, Swami Vivekananda and Georg Feurstein ALL IN ONE being! She’s withered away all of my superficial layers that life distracts us with to reveal my true self. She is my savior and have this passion for life like no other……I love more passionately, I play more whimsically, and feel that I’m working closer to being my best self…….I owe it all to her and her peeps in Prana Lab. Every instructor obtains their YTT through Rosie; eventhough they all have the same training, they bring their own style but the commonality is HEART. Every instructor is welcoming and abides by the strict yogi code of ethics. There’s tons of great places to practice yoga, but Prana Lab is very much a ‘salad’ which incorporates powerful flows to restorative classes and various types of what I consider very cerebral yoga like kundalini, reiki and sound healing. The studio is a hidden gem located adjacent to a serene lake and decorated in tranquil design with abundant energy. You must take a look for yourself.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years, and taking classes here at Prana Lab of Weston for the past 5 or so. Love the vibe of the studio, the owner, Roseann, the teachers (Laura and Dave are my favs) and even the other students. The setting has an old Florida feel which creates warmth to the Zen of the studio. Come here to learn yoga from pros, and enjoy it!

This studio is really special. One feels confidence regardless of yoga expertise. RoseAnn is very gifted as the owner/teacher and mentor.

This place is so special; I always look forward to go there. All the teachers I have met are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The classes will challenge you body while calming your mind. Like the other reviewer said, you always come out with a smile ღ
