I highly recommend Heathir at Nurtured Village. She is very intuitive and a true healer. She made me feel safe and very comfortable.

Heathir is incredibly gentle and intuitive. I came to her for CranioSacral treatment and I felt better immediately afterward, and then the feeling of well-being continued. She is calm, sensitive, and loving – I was able to open up to her during our sessions and all of my emotions came pouring out! That is the sign of an incredible healer. I would highly recommend Heathir.

I’m so grateful to have come across this loving person. Heathir is one gentle caring soul. She is very supportive, caring, calm, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely gifted. She has helped me recover from an extensive surgery, honestly I don’t know how I would’ve made without her help. Being a Craniosacral therapist myself I wanted to find someone that would have a gentle touch and be willing to travel to the hotel where I would be staying post surgery. Months before my surgery I met with Heathir for a session, and immediately I was drawn to her nurturing nature. We stayed in touch and she reassured me that she would come to treat me. After my surgery for two weeks, she came to see me where I was staying every single day. Of course it all depends of the schedule of the mamas to be she is helping at the time. I was blessed to be able to fit in her availability. Some days I was just crying in so much pain, and by the end of the session I was in much less pain and many times she literally put me to sleep like a baby! I live almost 4 hours away from her and if I lived close you would better believe she would be my go to therapist. I’m not a mom but I would recommend that you meet her, I’m sure you will be happy too. And if I were to have a baby I would love to have such positive energy by me, coaching me. Heathir was my doula for my two youngest’s births. Her gentle nature and calming approach helped me and my husband through my labor and deliveries. I wouldn’t go through labor without a doula. Heathir has also used Craniosacral therapy to help alleviate my headaches and muscle spasms. I highly recommend her craniosacral therapy.

Heathir is amazing. When I was pregnant with my first (and only) child, it became apparent that my husband and I would need help before, during and after the birth of our son. I interviewed numerous doulas and came away feeling the same about many – that they had their own agenda about how my birth “should” go. Then I met Heathir. She was so wonderfully supportive in helping us to decide the best plan. And then, when the rubber hit the road, she was incredibly helpful in reminding us of ALL the options when things didn’t quite go as planned. I could go on and on about the fantastic support she gave us – beginning with helping me find ways to cope with being overdue (and having a ob that was very interested in having me induced) all the way to helping with the first breastfeeding attempts and grabbing us food when we were still in the hospital. I can’t say enough about 1. the decision to have a doula for extra support and 2. Heathir herself. My husband and I have HUGE love for this wonderful woman.
