Nicklaus Children’s Dan Marino Outpatient Center

I took my son to the Dan Marino center in Weston a few years ago because he had a febrile seizure.Vanessa and Opal were absolutely amazing, kind, and attentive. I would without a doubt bring my children to this center for any future needs I may have!! I would highly recommend bringing your children here for any of your neurological concerns. Best ever!! Five stars!!

Opal Hamilton is the best. I drive really far just for her. Both my Autistic children feel comfortable with her. But Customer Service (Front Desk Staff) is the Worst and that is the reason for my rating. SELF pay doesn’t make a difference.

Horrible horrible horrible member service. I walk in for our 8am FOLLOW UP appointment to go over my son 24 hour eeg results. I go to the counter and say good morning. The receptionist or M.A. ignored me. I waited some more to see if she would even acknowledge me and she didn’t. I then asked if their is a sign in or check on process. She said no and called up another parent. Then asks me for a referral. Not once during my initial appointment, nor the two confirmation calls I received mentioned that I needed a new referral for each follow up appointment. She said “they probably didn’t mention it because we assume you would know”. She then tells me I have 15 minutes to get one from my closed doctors office.
It’s a follow up appointment to go over results. And if it was mandatory, there should be a form or it should be mentioned during the visit.
Each time you called there office it’s a 20 to 30 minute phone wait and they periodically answer and hang up on.

My daughter has been coming here for almost two years for physical therapy and I absolutely love it. Her physical therapist Suzette has been nothing but amazing since day one. She is so accommodating and great with my daughter. Thank you Suzette!

Great center for kids with special abilities. The center helps parents understand their child’s requirements and help them learn, understand, and conquer their child needs. Would recommend to anyone who has a child with autism or any other development delay.
