Ordered 4 flotation bags. When the order did not arrive and I did not receive any notifications, I called to find out that the item was out of stock and would be shipped next week. They claim to have sent me an email, but that was not true.

I recently made a purchase from Nautos-USA for a replacemement part for my sailboat. My original purchase, as is often the case, was chosen with an eye for price and convenience. What impressed me was when i had a problem with the product and was expecting to be directed to the manufacturer for replacement, Nautos-USA promptly to care of the problem themselves. It seems counter-intuitive but as a contractor I learned the times I could really impress was how to handle things that went wrong. Nautos-USA seems to believe the same. Thanks.
