Mizner Place At Weston Town Center

We arrived early and only the 1/2 rooms was ready. Fair enough we were early. When we came back to the hotel later on and got the keys to checking to the other side of the double room there were guests in.

They had gave us the keys without any ID check, purely counting on my memory what was suppose to be the room number. That raised the question of safety issue and I wouldn’t wonder the double booking, but turned out the other guests had come to wrong room because the door was left open by housekeeping. So eventually we stayed in that double room.

Meanwhile they were figuring out the mess, they offered us another room in lower floors, but the smell of mold was even more terrible. We kindly asked if they have any possibility to fix the situation (another room in another buildin maybe) since we had got recommendation for this place, specially regarding the air. The front desk lady didn’t bother much, but sended as a construction guy to check on cleanness of the room.

We explained the man that we are worried about the air, since the smell is very strong. Miguel was very nice and sended someone to change the filter of AC, but unfortunately it doesn’t help much when the whole building is full of mold.
