Metro by T-Mobile

Website says that they close at 8….justo went at 7:30 and it is closed!!!

I was working on call in the area and wasn’t expecting a metro pcs to be nearby. My phone was disabled and getting no signal. I drove by TMobile and At and t during my break bc I noticed their sign from the highway earlier. I decided my plan was good enough, except for the broken phone. As I went to park in the lot by my job I noticed in my rear view mirror the metro pcs sign. Wow, was very excited and relieved. After work I stopped by and upgraded my phone at a really decent price. She even offered me a second line for under $100., Nicole is one of best customer service representative.

I recently went in this store with several questions. Karen did a great job of answering all my queries with patience and thoughtfulness. I recommend this location as I know cell phone service stores can be a real hassle or disappointment quite often .
