Roberto’s service was very helpful and extraordinary when we brought a large group of people to the shop. We are very grateful for his service!!!

I came here tonight and arrived at 9:56PM and the door was already locked. The posted closing time is at 10PM. One of the girls was cleaning while the other was pouring her own frozen yogurt. This is not good customer service. My boyfriend and I are regular customers and we constantly see them locking the doors before the posted closing time. I suggest that if you want some froyo, don’t come just before closing.

Froyo was good with the toppings… Girl working here looked like she hated life and her job… No smile, not even a greeting, didn’t ask for “My Smileage” for reward points and had to add it after… Easily fixed by hiring people who care… Edit to 1 star! Came in on a buy one get one free email, only to find out that the store had a hand written paper saying they cancelled it! Why do I go here? ??
