This place has lost the customer service touch COMPLETELY! I mean the cheese on our burgers was ice cold because the meat was cold. And they looked at us crazy when we requested our burgers to be cooked!! Never again

Manager is not friendly or courteous.
Had a valid scan coupon for boho happy meal and for some reason register did not recognize.
Manager came over and was rather snooty and did not help.
Will not come back to McDonald’s again.
Especially thus one!

20 mins for a few nuggets in an empty Restuarant? We didn’t get Szechuan sauce like I ordered or at least a we ran out what kind do you want? Only got one of 2 bottles of water for our kids meals. I understand they are understaffed but when there are few customers what’s the excuse for poor performance? PQP! I’ll just go to a different McDonald’s, since this one is not great.

Newly renovated. It looks weird without a roof. The playground used to have a cute car and colorful design, now it looks sad. Instead of a fun car, there is a sign saying “gym” what were they thinking? They also took out the big slide that went from the top all the way to the floor and replaced it with a teeny tiny slide that only goes from one level to the next with a 90 degree turn; a distance so small and at an angle so sharp that I dont think any kid will have fun.
