Markham Park

Nice park with many lakes and canals. Great fishing for bass and snakeheads. There are a lot of gators, so keep an eye out for your kids safety. It’s a very nice green space with lots of fun things to do. I’ve been to a couple car shows/meets here as well and we always had a good time. There is a shooting range in the back and there’s water skiing, wake boarding, Frisbee golf, and other things available to meet your entertainment needs.

Beautiful park but sad to see all the trash and plastic bags in the water at the lakes

Great park. Plenty for everyone. Free M-F. $1.50 per person holidays and weekends.

Lord of this god to do… needs more signs and bjt the place is peaceful and really nice.

The 666-acre Markham Park is also home to the Fox Observatory, a radio controlled airplane field, a dog park called Barkham Park, biking, also mountain biking, and jogging trails, fishing and boating areas, a tennis and racquetball center, volleyball, a swimming pool complex with a mist pool, snack bar, lockers and showers/restrooms. campgrounds ,skeet & trapshooting rifle & pistol range.
