What a pleasure it was to work with Jamie, Yaniel, and Betty!
My aunt passed away unexpectedly in August 2019 and her condo was in a trust. I worked with a realtor to get the unit prepared to sell and she immediately brought Jamie into the loop. His expertise was invaluable! Since the property was in trust and I was the Successor Trusttee, I had many questions! Jamie responded quickly and thoroughly to everything I threw his way! And, when there was a delay due to a permit that was 16 years old, Jamie and Yaniel were able to keep me calm and get me through the hurdles. Jamie always knew what to say and how to ease my fears!
Yaniel is also a great communicator. She was always quick to respond and detailed. And, Betty, what can I say??? She jumped in at the very end and didn’t miss a beat! Yaniel got her up to speed and we were ready to close. If it was not for the Home Partner Title group, I’m not sure we would be closed!

Everyone always says buying a home is the most stressful process. Well I have done TWO closings with Home Partners and everything got taken care of so smoothly! Everyone was so responsive at all times of the day and both times we closed even faster than expected. All I did was provide the documents and the rest was taken care of for me. My husband and I have opposite schedules and quite difficult to get us both in the room at the same time and they were beyond accommodating to make sure we could get everything done. I recommend them to all my friends and family and will continue to use them for all my future purchases. Thank you so much!!

Buyer beware, make sure you do your research on home partners title services. My friend is now owing money on property bought because They were to wire money to the association from previous owner and they never did. I would give them zero star if possible
