It took me a while to write this. But I feel like I have to. I am also following this up with the BBB. I would not recommend this contractor to my worse enemy. What he will do is have someone he sub contracts to come do the job. Then that contractor sub contracts out to another person for the job. It’s an absolute joke. Terrible tile job. Practically every single tile in our home is either hollow or actually coming unstuck. A lot of the grout is also breaking away and falling in between the tiles. I am not sure if they used the right thinset for the install or not enough thinset for the install. 18k worth of beautiful tile wasted. It’s pretty sad when Jose Rivas the main GC FOR HOME SOLUTIONS has someone come and fix things that weren’t done correctly the first time. And these guys tell us the home owners that they hate working with Jose because every time they have to come and fix the mistakes they are usually pretty bad. Hence our tile job. That has turned out to be a disaster. Do yourself a favor DO NOT HIRE this company!!! Just look up the “current” address for this company it’s actually a mailing store. Nothing on the front says Home Solutions of Florida. The company is a total fraud. Our lawyer also said he doesn’t even have an active contractor license. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Jose Luis’ crew was great. I bought my house last year and I wanted my kitchen renovated before moving in. The design was exactly what I wanted but what really satisfied me the most is that they finished fast and exactly on the date they promised. Very affordable prices too. Thanks!

BEWARE look at the dates of the good reviews, they are fake!! He had people post good fake reviews after the bad one. shaking my head This contractor told me he wasn’t honoring his warranty because of the review I posted after several weeks of trying to contact him because the grout on my brand-new bathroom floor was cracking and coming off!! This was just one of the many issues we had with this contractor. He is not reliable, or trustworthy!!!

I have a great experience working with this guys. They remodel my kitchen in one week. Everything went as planned, great work quality! What I liked the most is there always available to answer my questions, take my suggestions and concerns.
I’ll recommend them 100%.
