Good attention

Not good. I was visiting family and really needed a trim. They told me to ask for Andrea, but she was unavailable. I am not sure what my stylist name was , but she was rude. Not directly- but boy was she giving off negative vibes. Two different workers made comments about the looks she was making. I couldn’t see , but felt she was being very derogative towards me for some reason. I was as nice as can be and was to tell you the truth a little confused. If she doesn’t want to do hair then she should find another profession. I didn’t say anything, but was very uncomfortable. She was a very petite woman. Not sure what the issue was, but my experience was not good.

Was my first visit and I’m really satisfied with my haircut and my daughter’s. The attention was really good even without appointment. Olivia was my stylist, she is awesome…. definitely I’ll be back.

Make sure to ask for new assistant manager, Antonia Minissale! I’ve been seeing her for almost 1-1/2 years and she is fantastic! Very professional, excellent customer service and communicates well to what you are looking for. Her haircuts and blowouts are AMAZING and I’ve been all over including top notch salons in NYC. She’s the only one that gets it! Antonia puts just enough layers in just the right spot it in a way that makes my hair look long and luxurious and finally someone who knows how to trim and blend bangs just right !! Her cuts took away the heaviness, bulk and frizz. After the blowout, she makes it feel so soft and shiny, and healthy!

Her hair coloring skill and techniques are just as amazing! Finally someone who knows what they’re doing.
