Dr. Fork is one of the best doctors I’ve seen since moving to Florida. She has a pleasant bedside manner but more importantly, she was the only doctor to notice a potential health risk between my birth control and another medication I am taking. I’ve been taking both of these for years and no other doctor mentioned that. She is VERY thorough and got my full medical history and told me what I need to do next. The appointment was not rushed. I highly recommend her.

It’s not always easy starting with a new doctor but I am delighted to have found Dr. Fork. Kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I am definitely in good hands.

Dr. fork is very hard to get ahold of. I called many times to get my results and I keep getting passed back and forth from office to office. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from her. I am dissapointed.

She seemed to be in a hurry. We didnt have a conversation and it was my first time with her. Horrible.. I couldnt ask any of my concerns.Horrible
