It’s always a pleasure working with Frank Rodriguez my go to insurance agent. Very professional and knowledgeable. As a loan originator many of my borrowers that are in their process to purchase a property.. sometimes their first do not know or have anyone to call for insurance. Very seldom do I leave a review; however, Frank and his team went above and beyond to get me the best coverage for the best price on my home insurance. My previous agent sent me a new quote that doubled my premium from $4k to $7k. When I asked why such an increase she didn’t respond till one week before my renewal. Her response was that she found me a discount for $400. I called Frank at Florida Premium Insurance and he told me he would do everything he could to get me a better policy. He found me a policy for $4k with comprable declarations. The Service was very friendly and professional. It’s refreshing to be treated like a valued customer. Especially with homeowners insurance. Agencies I’ve had prior made me feel like I had little choice and I felt like a number attached to a dollar sign.

My experience with Florida Premium Insurance was excellent. I received updates before I would ask for them. All my calls and emails were replied to that same day or the very next morning.
