Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car here for a quick weekend trip. Pick up was easy and painless…no surprises, staff were friendly, and I was out the door with my car in no time.

Drop-off was especially easy and was the main reason I opted to rent from this spot: I needed to return the car on Sunday and they were the only nearby location that specifically offered “after hours returns.” The other spots were closed Sundays and would’ve made me rent for an extra day I didn’t need.

Drop-off was super easy: parked the car and dropped the keys in the box. They reached out the next morning to finalize the contract…again, no surprises on the back end.

All in all, it was a very smooth process.

Rude employees. Pay contactless at pickup all the time at enterprise.employees not familiar with contactless payments,dismissed me,didnt even try when I KNOW it would work. After spending $$$$ on uber to get there. Keep up with the trends homeboys. Yall lost.

Location is under staffed. However, we the limited staffing they work extremely hard to ensure the customers are satisfied. Had a small issue with my rental and hard to return the vehicle. They addressed the problem immediately, changed the vehicle and even allowed extended time to due to the time lost having to come in to change the vehicle
