We frequently stop at Dunkin Donuts. This location seemed to have a hard time getting our sweet iced tea order correct. Unfortunately the cashier (who spoke Spanish)had a difficult time understanding that we wanted iced tea…sweet….but instead we ended up with an iced coffee with cream and sugar. They were quick to correct the order but it took a few minutes.

I’ve been coming here for years. Food is always good, but I noticed the associate’s don’t properly care for their work environment. While I was waiting for my coffee I had noticed food on the floor, dirt, and a mop that was dirty. One worker touched someones order post touching the broom. Please fix this.??
