Dr. Yaneth Trujillo, MD

Was getting a test done, they told me 2-3 days for results and it’s been over a week with no follow up whatsoever. I decided to call and they said the results been in and that now have to wait for the doctors to review it and that she marked it “high priority” and should take another 2 days. They treat your health and time as a joke, all they do is talk sh** in spanish. Would’ve had a faster and better experience at a Walgreens Clinic.

My provider Dr Yaneth Trujiiio insisted that i had to see a cardiology Dr of their shooing Dr Harris Barry with terrible reviews because they had already written the referral. Care Plus was no help whatsoever. Will be looking for a new Dr and insurance

The wait times are ridiculous. Drs and staff are nice but waiting well over an hour each time is unacceptable. If I scheduled meetings and showed up over an hour later consistently, I would be fired. Take this as constructive criticism to better streamline your process.

Dr. Trujillo is an amazing family doctor. Not only is she knowledgeable and up to date with all medical advancement, but she’s the most caring doctor I’ve ever encountered. She’s truly preoccupied with the well being of her patients. She doesn’t rush to prescribe, of there’s anything natural that she can recommend. In everything she does, you feel she cares, she she’ll help. I’ve been seen by her for about 8 years now, and I’ve been through different insurances, and lack thereof, and I’ve stayed with her, because she is accommodating all situations. Very grateful to have found her.

Had an appointment for 345 arrived at 330 and with an empty office only 1 person in front of us. They didn’t see us till 430 I attached a pic of the office we sat in for 45 mins that was empty. Then I looked up the reviews, saw the most recent review and felt I should second his motion ? they just called us in. I’ll up date my post if it goes well.
