Dr Juan Giraldo is arrogant and condescending to start with! Additionally, the pharmacy has been waiting for 24 hours for a prescription approval on a drug that a senior in chronic pain needs on Saturday. First bad experience at Cleveland Clinic! He’s not a good representative of the quality care the rest of the hospital provides.

Terrible bed side manners. Although I like the hospital, Dr. Giraldo is very rude and degrading. He mad patients and family members uncomfortable and has terrible interpersonal skills. We will never go back to see him.
