Domino’s Pizza

Placed order online and after 1 1/2 hours called only to be told the order still was not ready. Requested to cancel the order and refund my money. Was told it would take up to a week to see it. Over a month later and still no refund. Been to the store and getting run around. They still want to fill my order. I want my money.

the pizzas and food have been consistently luke warm. I reported an issue last month. with my pizzas being extremely cold as there was a delivery issue. No one picked the phone up when I called twice and I heard absolutely nothing after reporting the issue on the website. Tonight was just another repeat of what happened last time with the food. I don’t know what is going on but everything arrived timely but stilled just warm and wings were soggy. borderline i need to put it in the microwave. I just wish the dominos would respond back when there is an issue to try and resolve it.

Pizza said delivered when it hadn’t been. I tried calling the store, but they did not answer even after more than 20 minutes of waiting. I get a call asking if i was still interested in the pizza, to which i say yes as long as it was hot and fresh. I got soggy wings and cold pizza. Unfortunately, will not be ordering from here again.

Disappointed. Very bad communication system they have, my order was not ready after 1 hour from our online order, and they gave us a wrong order, very disappointed in their service

Intrigued by so many bad reviews at this location, I decided to do the opposite and rather give this place a try. I have now ordered twice from this location, and while both times I have been carry out, both of my experiences were pleasant.
My most recent order was today which was taken over the phone by a young named Yovanny. Unlinke the reviews here, I found the guy to be friendly and very polite. Upon arriving to Domino’s 15 minutes later, my food was ready, fresh and as expected.
While this is not a sit down restaurant, I found the place to be clean, easy to get to and barely any wait (when picking up)
