Be prepared to wait long past your appointment time. I was a patient for 15 years but no more. I waited 2.5 hrs for a scheduled appointment. Waiting room was so packed I had to stand half the time with many other standing Waiting. Everytime i asked how much longer they responded we don’t know… when I left I realized I was literally the last person leaving the office. They triple schedule each person – not at all worth the wait. It’s obvious just by looking at the front office staff that they are overwhelmed. There are other dermatologists in the area that will take the time you deserve during your appointment while not making you wait more than 30 min.
