Neighborhood is great my mom has lived her for a few years. Only complaints I have is that there is NEVER any parking and no matter what they say about pest control DONT BELIEVE THEM. I brought my dogs here for a few days and they now I have fleas.

Best located family homes in Weston: walking distance from Cypress Bay High School and Falcon Cove Middle School, community opens gates so kids can directly go-to these high ranked education centers. Gated, also has a pool, playground, beautiful location, walking distance to parks and library. Great for families with working parents and children in local schools.
