I would not recommend this place to anyone. The incompetence of the staff caused me to completely miss my appointment and they wouldn’t do anything about it or let me see a doctor. This was despite, providing all insurance info on the phone ahead of time, filling out every requested survey in the mychart and still arriving EARLY. I stood at the front desk for 40min, heard them call my appointment, they wouldn’t let me go back. I told them 30 min in that if they weren’t going to take me I wanted to leave to go to work. They kept me another 45min on the premise that they would squeeze me in and then still did NOT allow me to see a doctor. I got up early, fought traffic, was given a horrible runaround, did not see a doctor and was late to work. I tried to speak to a manager and was told there were none available but was given the phone number of a random woman. She didn’t answer her phone despite multiple calls. I literally could not recommend that anyone ever go here.

Horrible front desk staff! They only speak, greet or break their necks to assist if you’re old and white!
Stephanie and Sheila are always curt/rude, lack professionalism, playing on their cell phones and act disturbed if you ask for help with self check in kiosk!

The physical therapy desk staff isn’t any better, Andrea will ARGUE with you over simple referrals or scheduling issues. Then she’ll refuse to schedule your doctor prescribed physical therapy appointments instead of investigating all the facts! Thus casing delays and set backs in vital post surgery recovery!

**However, ALL the physical therapist are actually awesome! It’s the dreadful gate keepers preventing their skills from being effectively utilized!! Staffing can make or break a patient, client or consumers decision to patronize, Cleveland Clinic should consider restaffing and retraining!

Love this place! I always feel welcomed and the therapists here are very personable and very caring. The facility here is spacious and comfortable as well. No complaints here ?

I want to thank ALL of the Staff at this location. My mother had a fall right in front of the building this morning, as we were walking in for my grandmothers appointment. My mother is receiving treatment for cancer across the street, and we brought my grandma (her mom) to her appointment with her PCP, Dr. Sierra right after. My mom lost her balance and fell. I was upset that i could not avoid her fall. Someone coming in the building went and got help for me. The attention from doctors, nurses, and front desk staff was just amazing. I really felt very supported. Their kindness, care and understanding with my Mom and I was beyond just their job title or duties. I am so thankful to them for being so kindhearted and helpful to us. Tracy Smith was so very compassionate and understanding. Everyone came to our safety immediately!! I did not get all of their names, but each and everyone involved went the extra mile. I have only had great experiences at Cleveland Clinic, in every single department. Today the Krupa Center shinned with kindness and I just wanted to say thank you for your compassion and true kindness. My mom just has some bruising on her knee thankfully i broke the fall a bit. She is doing well, and just laughing it off now. I am thankful to God for Angels on earth, we are never alone.
