Cleveland Clinic Florida Emergency Department

Terrible
I went to this hospital for an emergency at 1:30 in the morning, with a very bad sharp pain in my upper back, the check in nurse was very indifferent and rude, worst service ever, I was the only person there and was put on the hallway
Around the back right in front of the bathroom
I decided to walk away because the conditions were very uncomfortable.
I will not reccoment anyone to go there.
Worst expiriance ever.

I live fort Lauderdale by downtown and honestly going to the hospitals around me is always an unpleasant experience. My girl had terrible pain in her abdomen so i decided to drive the 35 min @ around 9am and the er got us in immediately. Such clean surroundings insides and the doctors came fast. Clean professional, ah thank god there is at least one good hospital here. Strongly recommended.

The staff in the ER , from the check-in and thru the process up to being discharged had the best professional and caring attitudes. My medical issue was concerning for me compared to critical incidents that emergency rooms are truly committed to act upon and the staff treated me as a priority and took great care of my needs. I am grateful to be in good hands.

All the staff were fantastic. I cant thank them enough for all their compassion and treatment that we received along with proper diagnostics. I will be forever grateful!

My dad was in severe pain and we left Boca Regional ER where there was a 2+ hour wait and drove across town to Cleveland Clinic ER and he was in a room within 5 minutes and getting a CT scan 15 min later. Nurses and doctor were excellent, communicative and attentive. Feeling very appreciative.
